The Paint Doctor is family owned and operated by a Colorado native and has been in business for over 18 years. We have the finest painters in Colorado. We have all Master Painters with at least 12 years of experience and Journeyman painters with over 18 years of experience. The Paint Doctor paints upwards of 500-550 houses every year as well as doing all of the work for The Broadmoor including The Broadmoor Villas and Brownstones and we paint an average of 2 apartment complexes a month. We are members of the BBB with an A+ rating, Apartment Association of Southern Colorado, Restoration Society and we are one of the few Painting and Decorating Contractors of America members in the area. What do I need to do to prepare before the work begins? |
| A. |
Nothing at all. We will move everything and put it back. We will fill all holes and cracks, caulk windows and doors, power wash exterior, scrape all loose paint, re-nail any loose siding, drape all furniture and floors and tape and paper whatever is necessary. |

No, we will make arrangements with you prior to beginning the project and we will make every effort to ensure the security of your property. |
